Salary

Commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn $100,000–$200,000+ annually.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Representative – GMC Specialist with General Motors (GM) brand experience. This role requires mastery of the cradle-to-grave sales process, strong relationship-building skills, and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals. Job Responsibilities

Manage the full sales process from first contact to delivery and follow-up. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Stay knowledgeable on GMC products, features, and competitor offerings. Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles and financing solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership performance metrics. Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

GM experience required; GMC experience strongly preferred. Proven track record in automotive sales; leadership or management experience is a plus. Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and customer relationship management. Highly motivated, competitive, and money-driven personality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,
