They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to oversee end-to-end Salesforce deployments, administer Salesforce Orgs, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth release execution. Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce deployments using Flosum and Salesforce DevOps Center • Administer Salesforce Orgs, configure profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, automation flows, and validation rules • Coordinate deployment schedules, sandbox refreshes, and metadata promotion across QA, UAT, and production environments • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth release execution • Track changes using Jira and document release plans and technical steps in Confluence • Provide post-release support and user training to drive adoption and resolve issues • Ensure compliance with internal change control processes and audit requirements • Support continuous improvement initiatives in deployment and support processes Qualifications: Required: • Process Automation, Reports & Dashboards • Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Ansible, Shell Scripting • CI/CD pipeline management and automation Company: Cognizant is a professional services company that helps clients alter their business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
