has a critical role in supporting portfolio management, fund operations and analysis, reporting, and investor communications.

he Fund Analyst will focus on internal and external reporting, investor questionnaires, fund analytics, modeling and cash flow projections, investor relations, preparation of investor presentation materials, and quarterly data room maintenance. Specifically, th

will be responsible for: Fund Analytics & Reporting Analyze fund performance metrics and prepare internal and external reports, including performance attribution. Communicate
fund
and asset issues and opportunities. Support portfolio monitoring, cash flow modeling, and capital account maintenance. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual fund financial projections and investor reports. Assist with quarterly valuation appraisal process. Collaborate with finance, legal, acquisition, and asset management teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Investor Relations Support Respond to investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and ad hoc information requests. Maintain and update marketing materials

. Performs other duties as assigned. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree in finance
, Accounting, Economics, or related
. 2–4 years of experience in fund operations, investor relations, or financial analysis. Prior experience with private capital or real estate investment funds. Familiarity with investor due diligence questionnaires and institutional investor reporting standards. Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data room platforms is a plus. Expertise with analytical tools such as pivot tables, dashboard, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Strong business writing and presentation skills. Experience in managing, updating and analyzing large quantities of data
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail. $147,489 Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
