Position Overview This hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site) is an opportunity to help embed analytics into the core of Realty Income’s decision-making processes. As the Analyst, Business Intelligence, you’ll collaborate across departments—including Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development, Legal, and Tenant Credit—to deliver insights that drive strategy, reduce risk, and support investment decisions. You’ll work with structured and unstructured data to create models, design visualizations, and implement predictive analytics solutions. This role is both technical and strategic—ideal for someone who’s excited to build scalable solutions and influence how data shapes investment and portfolio management. Over time, this position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a growing team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate & Advise Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytics solutions. Proactively recommend tools, features, and strategies that advance data literacy and decision-making. Ensure data integrity across systems and analyses. Communicate dependencies, timelines, and technical solutions with clarity. Analyze & Model Design analytical workflows and interpret business data using Excel, Python, and SQL. Apply data modeling techniques to support
real estate
strategy and cash flow decisions. Collaborate with data scientists and business leads to iterate on analytical solutions. Monitor and manage data pipelines for quality, efficiency, and accuracy. Visualize & Communicate Translate data into meaningful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Develop KPIs and maintain visual reporting tools to support executive decision-making. Transform complex datasets into clear, concise storytelling for diverse audiences. Innovate & Evolve Contribute to the design of scalable, self-learning models that improve business performance. Stay informed on trends in AI, ML, GIS, and advanced analytics. Help shape the future of the analytics function with an eye toward team growth and mentorship. Qualifications A qualified candidate is typically expected to have: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or related). Internship or professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or consulting. Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python. Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to build dashboards and visualizations. Strong analytical, data storytelling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large, complex datasets and navigate ambiguity. Excellent communication skills, including presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn. Preferred: Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field. Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS for spatial analysis. Exposure to cloud-based platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure). Interest in predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI. Experience in
real estate
or investment analytics. Understanding of data architecture or engineering concepts. What you will get in return: The hourly pay range for this role is $31.06 - $39.76 - $46.12. Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data. Most US-based full-time and part-time roles come with flexible schedules.
