The Remediation Project Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing excellent service to disaster victims and restoring property and lives with a servant's heart. Job Responsibilities

Visit new assignments, interface with clients, and sell the job. Scope damages, create estimates, and submit to insurance companies for approval. Coordinate demolition and dry out of commercial properties, compile field notes, and ensure project completion to Jenkins standards. Supervise all mold remediation projects on-site. Ensure customer satisfaction and collect payments. Manage deadlines, progress, and quality across multiple projects. Assist with after-hours mitigation assignments as needed. Contribute to marketing strategies, plans, and events. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with strong academic achievement. Six months to one year of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience. Certifications

Must hold IICRC certifications: Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Technician (AMRT), and either Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) or Applied Structural Drying (ASD), along with any local/state required certifications. Skills

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures. Effective communication in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency with industry-related software, including Microsoft Office, Xactimate, Sage, SharePoint, and others as needed. Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions. Physical Requirements

Regularly sit, handle, reach, and communicate. Occasionally stand, walk, and lift/move up to 75 pounds. Visual abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Work Environment

Exposure to outside weather, mechanical parts, heights, humidity, chemicals, electrical hazards, and noise. Safety equipment is provided. Supervisory Responsibilities

Associates degree or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training. Additional Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Xactimate, Sage, SharePoint preferred. Physical & Work Environment
