We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist to join our global HR team. Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this role supports a dynamic business area by providing HR expertise, advice, and coaching to managers and employees. The HRBP plays a key role in delivering people-focused initiatives aligned with business goals, working closely with our Centers of Excellence (Talent Development, Compensation, HR Operations, Benefits, etc.) to facilitate organizational change. This hands-on, impactful role requires a proactive attitude, strong business sense, and curiosity about how the business operates. The ideal candidate is eager to grow in HR, collaborate cross-functionally, and enhance the employee experience. What You’ll Take On
Serve as a strategic partner to employees and managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive employee experience. Coach managers and employees on daily topics, addressing employee relations in partnership with ER teams and ensuring legal compliance. Support core HR programs such as performance management, compensation reviews, goal setting, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, and engagement initiatives. Utilize HR data metrics (e.g., headcount, compensation, attrition, job levels) to inform decisions and improve performance, productivity, and capabilities. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver programs that enhance employee experience and support talent attraction and retention. Contribute to organizational design and change management, applying talent management and OD principles. Partner with HR leadership on initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including mobility, immigration, organizational changes, and engagement strategies. Identify and implement process improvements and systems to enable scalability and efficiency. Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining strong cross-team relationships. Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a pulse on employee sentiment and balancing speed with sound HR infrastructure. What You Bring
Strong business acumen and curiosity about business operations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Agile, proactive, and problem-solving mindset. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Initiative to develop processes and procedures. Team-oriented with collaboration skills. Basic project management skills. Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and HR technologies like Workday (preferred). Self-starter, able to work independently and escalate when needed. Maintains confidentiality and integrity. Ability to build relationships and influence others. Qualifications
2-4 years HR experience, including in an HR Generalist role. Experience providing HR Business Partnering across diverse geographies (preferred). Post-secondary education in HR or related field (desired). HR certification or designation (e.g., PHR, CIPD) is a plus. What We Offer
