Job Summary: Oliver James is seeking a highly professional IT Support Specialist to provide executive-level, 'white-glove' technical support to end users. This role requires exceptional technical expertise and outstanding customer service skills to ensure seamless operation of devices and applications for C-suite and senior leadership. Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, high-touch technical support to C-suite and senior leadership. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues quickly and discreetly. Proactively monitor systems and anticipate potential issues to prevent downtime. Support video conferencing, presentations, and virtual meeting technology for critical business engagements. Manage and configure devices including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and collaboration tools. Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve escalated issues promptly. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Required: 5+ years in IT support roles, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and common collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) and remote connectivity solutions (VPN, MFA). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure. Impeccable professionalism, reliability, and discretion. Ability to work flexible hours and occasionally provide support outside of standard business hours.
