Job Summary: Oliver James is seeking a highly professional IT Support Specialist to provide executive-level, 'white-glove' technical support to end users. This role requires exceptional technical expertise and outstanding customer service skills to ensure seamless operation of devices and applications for C-suite and senior leadership. Responsibilities: • Deliver personalized, high-touch technical support to C-suite and senior leadership. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues quickly and discreetly. • Proactively monitor systems and anticipate potential issues to prevent downtime. • Support video conferencing, presentations, and virtual meeting technology for critical business engagements. • Manage and configure devices including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and collaboration tools. • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve escalated issues promptly. • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years in IT support roles, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives. • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and common collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) and remote connectivity solutions (VPN, MFA). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure. • Impeccable professionalism, reliability, and discretion. • Ability to work flexible hours and occasionally provide support outside of standard business hours.
