Job Summary: Goldbelt Apex is an Alaska Native Small Business Administration certified 8(a) company specializing in healthcare IT. They are seeking a Data Architect to design and build relational databases and data warehouses, develop implementation strategies, and ensure data accuracy and maintenance. Responsibilities: • Designs and builds relational databases, data warehouses, and/or data-marts for storage, processing, and/or decision support. • Develops strategies for warehouse implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery. • Implements business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies. • Defines user interfaces and functional specifications. • Responsible for verifying accuracy of data, and the maintenance and support of the data warehouse. • Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. • May evaluate new data sources for adherence to the organization's quality standards and ease of integration. Qualifications: Required: • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • At least 5 years of related experience with database design • Clearance: Public Trust • Citizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization Company: Goldbelt Apex is an Alaska Native Small Business Administration certified 8(a), wholly owned subsidiary of Goldbelt, Inc.
