Key Responsibilities: Owns and drives the product lifecycle management and P&L for Integrated Fire & Gas Detection Control System Solutions. Works with the wider Product Management Team to define and execute the multi-year strategy for the integrated Fire, Gas, and Systems product portfolio. Identifies and partners with third-party suppliers to expand our offerings. Partners across the organization to identify and prioritize the roadmap to achieve business objectives. Collaborates with functional peers to define and secure resources necessary for project support. Ensures a balanced mix of active projects to meet revenue and profitability goals. Prioritizes projects to maximize ROI for the organization. Facilitates effective execution of the stage-gate product development process across teams. Supports quick decision-making in project teams to balance customer and business objectives. Translates product benefits into successful go-to-market strategies. Owns the pricing strategy for offerings. Works with cross-functional teams to manage product vitality, including upgrades, extensions, and retirements. Leads SKU rationalization to prevent proliferation. Ensures training, marketing materials, etc., effectively communicate product value and differentiation. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of product development experience. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Additional Qualifications: Experience developing product roadmaps and executing development plans. Proficiency in human-centered design principles for customer-focused solutions. Knowledge in flame and gas detection or sensing industries. Understanding of NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code. Knowledge of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (e.g., DCS, PLC, SIS, ESD), Certified Fire and Gas Safety Systems, Fire Alarm, and Extinguishing Systems. Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with strategic thinking. Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Strong communication skills, creativity, and technical expertise. Assertiveness with the ability to understand and support diverse perspectives, building trusting partnerships. Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and development. Strong business acumen, including financial analysis skills.
