In this senior leadership role, you’ll shape and deliver the creative and strategic direction of BAFTA’s programmes – from nurturing new talent, to sparking vital conversations across the screen industries, and inspiring the wider public through the power of storytelling. You’ll lead the development and delivery of our Talent Development Programmes, which are central to BAFTA’s commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. These initiatives support individuals from school age through every stage of their career. Your role will be to grow and evolve this work, expanding its reach and deepening its impact across film, games and television. You’ll also oversee a year-round calendar of industry and member-focused activity. Through talks, events, editorial content and more, you’ll bring BAFTA’s community together in conversation and debate – always reflecting our purpose to enrich the cultural landscape, level the playing field, drive progress, and celebrate creative excellence. Looking ahead to 2026, you’ll work closely with our CEO and Leadership Team to shape a new strand of public-facing programming. This work will open up the screen arts to wider audiences and champion the social value of creative learning and engagement. You'll have experience in programming or management, preferably in the screen industry with a strong focus on editorial content and impact driven programming Able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects An exceptional leader with ability to coach and lead with vision You'll have a strong understanding of how to measure event impact, including fundraising, engagement and long term outcomes
