Bilingual Order Processor
to join our growing Distribution team!
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour - Depending on Experience
Location:
Commerce, CA
What You'll Do: Process and enter customer orders accurately using our Magaya system Prepare shipping documents and manage shipment tracking Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow and client satisfaction Required:
2 years of high-volume data entry and Order Processing Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual Spanish/ English necessary Excellent Data Entry with attention to detail Good customer service attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Magaya software is a plus, but not required
