Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a growing community hospital near Chattanooga, Tennessee to recruit an inspirational and collaborative ICU Director (RN) to join its nursing leadership team!

About the Hospital and the Department:

Growing 150+ bed community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years

Joint Commission Accredited

Position will manage a team of 25 FTE's across a mixed 12 bed Med/Surg ICU that treats a variety of patients including medical and surgical patients

Reports to a transformational and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

Annual base salary up to $120k + relocation assistance + potential sign on bonus

The Director will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of the department; directing, supervising and evaluating the nursing team; ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality; planning and administering the annual budget with the CNO; building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels

ICU Director (RN) Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

RN Active License State of Tennessee

Minimum two (2) years of ICU leadership experience

At least three (3) years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement

INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style is a must
