Highlights/Benefits for the Director, ICU (RN)
Annual base salary up to $115k + annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10% + up to $10k relocation assistance/sign on bonus
The Director, ICU (RN) will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of the department as well as the day to day operations of the department; directing, supervising and evaluating the nursing team; ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality; planning and administering the annual budget with the DON; building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels

Growing 95+ bed Joint Commission accredited community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
Accredited Chest Pain Center
Position will manage a team of 25 FTE's across a mixed Med/Surg ICU and Inpatient Rehab Unit that treats a variety of patients including both medical and surgical patients
Reports to a transformational and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer
Director, ICU (RN) Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred / Associate's degree in Nursing required
RN Active License
Minimum two (2) years of ICU leadership experience
At least three (3) years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
This is a working, hands on Director position
Ideal candidate will have a solid ICU clinical background, and a proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement
