Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a growing 150+ bed community hospital near Cumberland, Maryland to recruit a Director of Women’s and Infants Services (RN) to join its leadership team.
In this role, you will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the department, serve as a mentor to the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, build and maintain positive physician relationships, manage the department budget, and ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety is provided to the community.

COMPENSATION: Up to $140k annual base salary + sign on bonus / relocation assistance
NON-PROFIT, growing 150+ bed community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
The Birth Center delivers over 950 babies annually and the Director will manage a team of ~28 FTE's including an Educator and team of Clinical Coordinators

Reports directly to a transformational and inspirational Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Director of Women’s and Infants Services (RN)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's preferred
RN Active License required
OB Certification is a plus
Five (5)+ years of recent Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
Three (3)+ years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience highly desired - must have direct experience leading a team
Able to lead by example
Possess a dynamic and inspirational leadership style
Focused on continued education and professional growth of staff
Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring a team
