Responsibilities: Oversees the advancement and growth of the program, providing direction and leadership to support the philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives. Assumes primary accountability for disseminating and publishing all program information to create public awareness and support. Works closely with leadership, internal and external colleagues, and community residents to further develop and implement strategic plans. Identifies, solicits, and cultivates community partnerships and collaborations to assist in the development and growth of the program. Develops metrics to identify and measure program success, including grant success and related evaluations. Assists in identifying and evaluating potential future funding sources, contributing to the submission of grants and contracts, including the writing of content areas and budgetary sections of grant applications. Develops and manages the program's operating budget. Develops the administrative infrastructure of the program, managing human resource and administrative functions, including staffing, supervision, performance development, and discipline. Oversees information systems, facilities, and space needs. Investigates, identifies, implements, and oversees systems to gather, track, and report information to support program initiatives. Tracks all program activities and regularly informs leadership of progress, recommending structural or programmatic adjustments based on knowledge of missions, goals, and objectives. Initiates, designs, and manages program communications; identifies outreach potential, and promotes philanthropic and collaborative support. Contributes to the development and management of content on the program's website, monitoring all changes and additions to editorial content. May perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in a timely and compelling manner. Strong organizational and analytical capacity, committed to producing top-quality work consistently. Robust research skills with the ability to find and analyze materials comprehensively. Knowledge of climate change and sustainability issues, as well as environmental law and policy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain interpersonal relations with a dynamic internal team and high-powered external partners. Preferred Education:

Professionals with at least two years of demonstrated experience and an advanced degree in a relevant field (JD most preferred). Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Week:
