We are currently seeking experienced Circulating RNs to provide exceptional care in our Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have experience in the operating room setting, particularly in orthopedic, general surgery, laparoscopic, urology, GYN, podiatry, ophthalmology, ENT, and pediatric dentistry. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care in the operating room. - Serve as the primary nurse in the operating room, responsible for patient monitoring and ensuring a sterile environment. - Prepare for surgical procedures by coordinating with surgeons and other medical staff. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. - Participate in on-call rotations as required, approximately once a week and every third weekend. Qualifications: - Must hold a valid RN license in North Carolina. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a circulating role within the operating room setting. - Experience in scrubbing surgical cases is preferred. - Strong communication skills and a positive, hard-working attitude. - Ability to handle the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods.
