Annual Compensation: $267,000 - $320,000 with bonus opportunities.

Position Overview: The Regional Medical Director provides therapy and/or medication management to diagnose and treat patients.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical services meeting community standards and ethical guidelines.
2. Conduct diagnostic assessments using the bio-psycho-social model.
3. Identify psychiatric conditions per DSM-5 criteria.
4. Develop treatment plans collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
5. Manage psychopharmacologic treatments.
6. Evaluate laboratory and diagnostic results.
7. Coordinate hospitalization when necessary.
8. Provide psychoeducation to patients and families.
9. Work with medical assistants to optimize workflow and patient experience.

Other Duties:

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
• At least five years of mental health experience, including three years in clinical supervision and leadership roles.
• Professional registration/certification required.
