Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute technical strategies for the Singapore branch.
• Oversee product and service development, quality control, and operational management.
• Manage and develop development teams and technical staff.
• Coordinate and collaborate on technical matters with the head office.
• Monitor the latest industry technology trends and propose adoption.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields..
• 10 - 15+ years of extensive technical experience in the architecture and real estate industries (10–12 years industry experience plus 3–5 years in senior management).
• Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader.
• Strong operational background
• Experience in technical management from an operational perspective.
• Extensive team leadership experience.
