Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to drive our medical device company's next phase of growth by developing CRM solutions that streamline operations and elevate customer engagement. This role requires deep Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise and strong software development skills to design, develop, and implement robust solutions while ensuring compliance with medical industry regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives that align with our strategic goals Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Design, develop, and support custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, plugins, and dashboards Implement and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), as well as other internal and external applications Develop and manage secure, scalable API connections with third-party services and external data sources Configure CRM entities, forms, business rules, and process flows Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including business analysts, operations, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver solutions Ensure all development meets HIPAA and FDA compliance and maintain accurate documentation for audits and team knowledge Testing/debugging/QA Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Working knowledge of CRM SDK and REST/OData APIs Proven experience developing and managing API-based integrations with external platforms and data sources Ability to architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions across multiple systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate Experience with SQL Server, complex querying, data warehousing concepts, and ETL pipelines Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services Physical Requirements: The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
