YOUR IMPACT Are you a risk management expert with a passion for the field? Join our First line Global Banking and Markets Operational Risk team. You will partner with front-to-back business units to manage and improve operational risk, analyze key risks and controls, and communicate findings to leadership. Your work will help shape risk management culture and enhance the control environment.
OUR IMPACT The team uses key risk management components to measure and assess risks. We collaborate across product and functional areas, and work with the Risk Division to ensure consistent risk practices. Our Analytics team leads BI initiatives, working with data to provide transparency and support decision-making, focusing on process efficiency and risk controls.
YOUR ROLE
Understand the trade lifecycle by engaging with various teams.
Identify process improvements.
Securely deliver data to stakeholders to mitigate risk.
Develop scalable processes with engineering teams.
Implement data warehousing/ETL solutions.
Create BI solutions using tools like Alloy Studio, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, R, or Python.
Manage stakeholder engagement and prioritize tasks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Low-Code Automation.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with prescriptive analytics tools like Alteryx.
Experience with data modeling and warehousing.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under high risk and tight deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering.
Experience in requirement gathering and testing.
Project implementation experience.
T-SQL 70-761 or similar certification.
