Are you ready for Island Living? We are looking for a passionate and talented Executive Chef for our luxury boutique hotel in Key West! Must have proven experience in leading a culinary team to excellence! 5 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management, at least 3 years as Exec. Chef Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines Ensure the team is upholding standards and core values
Run an efficient culinary program Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership Teach and manage the Culinary team on all recipes and expectations Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and the Corporate office Maintain consistency, quality, and deliciousness of all menu items
