We are seeking a Luxury Hotel Executive Chef with a proven history of kitchen leadership. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in classic and progressive cooking, menu refreshing including banquet programs, working in concert with the Executive team on operations, and juggling the competing demands of stakeholders with professional savvy. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchen management, with at least 3 years as Executive Chef At least 3 years of kitchen leadership (CDC, Sous Chef, Lead, Tournet) in a high-end, high-profile restaurant Experience with hotel banquets and collaborating with sales and operations for high-end events Formal culinary education preferred Strong financial acumen, with ability to manage food and labor costs Responsibilities: Manage an efficient culinary program Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in collaboration with leadership Transform the banquet program to meet high standards Lead and mentor Sous Chefs and culinary team members Represent the hotel as a presentable and marketable figure Benefits: Competitive compensation Attainable bonus opportunities Health insurance plans 401K with matching contributions Additional perks At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing world-class customer service.
