Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical professionals, and insurance companies to facilitate case progress. Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients during mediation, hearings, and court proceedings. Provide clear and timely updates to clients, ensuring they understand case developments and legal options. Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to share knowledge and optimize case outcomes. Requirements
0-5 years of experience handling personal injury and workers’ compensation cases (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to represent clients in hearings and negotiations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and legal professionals. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active membership in the Connecticut State Bar (or eligibility to practice in the state). Skills
