Key Responsibilities:
Lead personal injury cases
from start to finish, guiding clients through every stage of District and Superior Court litigation, including pleadings, discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial. Develop winning legal strategies
by conducting in-depth legal research and case analysis to assess liability and damages. Manage all aspects of discovery , including collaborating with expert witnesses and conducting depositions with precision. Prepare compelling legal briefs
and present powerful arguments in court, demonstrating strong courtroom advocacy. Maintain exceptional client communication , providing empathetic and clear guidance throughout the litigation process. Contribute to process improvement
by identifying operational efficiencies and enhancing litigation workflows within the team. Key Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
from an ABA-accredited law school. Active and in good standing license
with the North Carolina State Bar. 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in North Carolina. Experience managing litigation docket with confidence. Strong courtroom presence and a knack for strategic thinking.
