Project Superintendent (Construction)

Job Description Overview: Rattigan Construction, Inc. has been building high-end custom homes in the greater Los Angeles area for over 25 years. We focus on the construction process and oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout. Our dedicated project teams work closely with our company's principals to deliver world-class projects for our clients and design partners. We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent for one of our project teams. Job Description: Our project teams consist of two full-time personnel: a Project Manager and a Project Superintendent. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager. The Project Superintendent is responsible for collaborating with the Project Manager to identify the critical path and sequence the work to maintain the schedule. The Project Superintendent must be the project expert, with thorough knowledge of plans, specifications, applicable codes, and regulations. Responsibilities include managing onsite tradesmen and personnel, ensuring work is executed according to plans and efficiently, micromanaging work quality to exceed expectations, and managing onsite safety through weekly toolbox talks. Ideal Candidate: 7+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in building high-end custom homes. At least a high school diploma; college experience is a plus. Availability for a minimum three-year commitment, seeing the project through to completion. Professional demeanor, good presentation, and strong representation of Rattigan Construction.
