Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and confident Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, a strong understanding of facial anatomy, and a passion for providing natural, safe, and effective results. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role that requires both clinical expertise and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical evaluation Hit revenue goals Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and complementary treatments Document all procedures accurately in EMR Collaborate with team on client experience, follow-up, and cross-selling other services Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education Support and contribute to a positive, high-energy clinic culture Qualifications: RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Arkansas (required) Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience in a medspa or plastic surgery setting Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles Skilled in patient consultation and treatment planning Excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Desire for long-term growth within the company What We Offer: Competitive compensation + commission and bonus structure Ongoing training and continuing education support Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice Beautiful, modern treatment facility with top-tier support staff Access to the latest injectable products and technologies A strong, supportive leadership team that values collaboration
