This position requires a strong background in telemetry, heart failure, and stroke management, with an emphasis on patient assessment and documentation. Shift Details: - Shift: Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM- Guaranteed Hours: 72 Bi-Weekly (96 Bi-Weekly not an option)- Call Requirements: None- Floating: Required to float to other units as needed Facility Specifics: - Number of Beds in Unit: 30- Patient Ratio: 5:1- Electronic Medical Records: Cerner Qualifications: - Valid RN licensure in Indiana- Current BLS and NIHSS certifications are required (ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of start date)- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a telemetry environment- Must be willing to adhere to the facility's scrub color policy (navy blue) Application Requirements: - All travelers must attach required licenses and certifications with their application to avoid rejection.- Include a copy of your driver's license and permanent home address while applying.
