**Job Title: Registered Nurse (12-Hour AM Shift)**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team for a 12-hour AM shift position. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care plan for patients, while collaborating with all disciplines to implement the overall medical plan of care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess patient needs, establish nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and reassess patient care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure the continuity of care and promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in accordance with institutional policies.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and wellness strategies.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
