General Production Worker
Join our team as a General Production Worker assembling plastic containers for the Automotive and Agricultural industries. This is a fast-paced manufacturing role with opportunities for growth and shift flexibility. Location: Bardstown, Kentucky Job Type: Contract to Hire Pay: Competitive, with profit-sharing upon full-time conversion Responsibilities: Assemble plastic container parts Follow safety guidelines and complete orientation before Day 1 Maintain productivity in a non-temperature-controlled environment Operate injection molding presses Requirements: Experience in production, assembly, or general labor Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Comfortable working 812 hour shifts Manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus Flexible to work various shifts Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
