In this role, you will lead multiple functional areas of manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging operations. What you will be doing: Oversee Manufacturing Operations
Manage day-to-day machining, assembly, and sheet metal processes to ensure on-time production and quality standards. Drive Performance & Cost Reduction
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance. Lead & Develop Teams
Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessments. Manage work assignments, salary decisions, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Ensure Compliance & Safety
Maintain adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Optimize Processes
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and workflow. Collaborate Across Functions
