As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by: Operating and monitoring production equipment in a cleanroom setting Following strict protocols to ensure product quality and safety Wearing full-body cleanroom attire ("bunny suit") throughout your shift Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to compliance standards Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and timelines Participating in ongoing training to stay current with procedures and regulations What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Experience working in regulated environments preferred (i.e. medical device, pharma or food production) Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment Willingness to wear a full-body cleanroom suit for the duration of each shift Must have 20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected) Ability to work well in a team environment Why Join Us?
