$30/h~$38/h
Report to:
Senior Director & Dept Manager
Position Summary Coordinate semiconductor shipments in accordance with customer requirements and prepare invoices and shipping documents.
Essential Job Duties
Coordinate semiconductor shipments and prepare invoices and shipping documents.
Prepare purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and update customers.
Maintain import/export compliance requirements and documentation, verify import duty rates.
Resolve customer issues regarding product fulfillment and billing.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Track and prepare monthly semiconductor sales, purchases, and inventory reports.
Monitor and maintain product inventories.
Maintain and update product websites.
Minimum Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience and Capability Requirements
One to two years of experience in accounting and/or import/export.
QuickBooks experience required.
Japanese bilingual.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural business environment.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
