Job Summary: Miele USA is a family-run company and market leader in premium domestic appliances. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead communications for their built-in residential appliances, focusing on brand promotion and collaboration with internal and international teams. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the creative execution of offline and online advertising campaigns to promote all residential products within Miele's culinary, refrigeration and dishwasher portfolio. Working with Miele’s international Brand Communications Team (BCX) and Digital Marketing Team (MXA) to launch new product and/or product campaigns. The development of market and/or campaign-specific creative briefs may be required, along with relevant competitor analysis. • Lead oversight/direction of the national media plan for all residential products within Miele's culinary, refrigeration and dishwasher portfolio. Working with media agent partner on: strategy, planning, procurement, execution and reporting. • Lead oversight/direction of the digital presence for all residential products within Miele's culinary, refrigeration and dishwasher portfolio on mieleusa.com and owned channels. Monitoring and updating Miele’s consumer website in terms of content accuracy, brand experience and user interface. In depth competitor and industry analysis is a must. • Assist with the creative development and print production of category-related brochures and collateral materials. Help facilitate content and imagery selection, in compliance with branding and corporate identity guidelines. Working with internal product and brand management teams, along with external creative partners (when required). Requiring the development of creative briefs and related competitor analysis. • Provide oversight of Miele’s brand presence within the various distribution channels. Monitoring instore materials including displays, signage, point-of-purchase tools, etc. Requiring retail and competitor analysis. Corporate Identity (CI) compliance must be supported and achieved at all points of contact. • Coordinating and facilitating category-related consumer sales promotions – as it relates to creative execution and placement. Developing related marketing kit (and supporting asset pack), overseeing online promotional messaging and ensuring delivery/posting of dealer-related assets (for local activation). • Serving as a brand steward for Miele. Working to develop, protect and promote the Miele brand – throughout all touchpoints and content channels. • Lead marketing liaison for Miele’s Experience Centers (MECs). Assisting with the coordination of marketing, promotional and branding initiatives. Including print, collateral, event-specific materials, etc. • Lead marketing liaison for Miele's Architect's & Designers (A&D) Division. Assisting with the coordination of marketing, promotional and branding initiatives. Including print, collateral, event-specific materials, etc. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications with 5-7 years of professional experience in a related field (ideally within the high-end, consumer durables arena). • Experience with the strategic development and execution of integrated communication platforms is a must. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Drive and energy • Organized disciplined procedures Company: Miele USA sells coffee machines, dishwashers, and washing machines.
