Job Summary: AppFolio is a technology leader empowering the future of the real estate industry. They are seeking a Content Strategist to develop and lead innovative content programs that support marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement through various formats such as video and podcasts. Responsibilities: • Innovate and execute cutting-edge content strategies across various channels (video, podcasts, webinars, etc.) to meet customer acquisition and growth objectives. • Own the planning, production, and distribution of video, webinar, and podcast content, including managing external vendors, internal resources, and ensuring high-quality output. • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify content opportunities and serve as an internal expert on emerging content trends and best practices. • Contribute directly to content creation by writing compelling copy for various platforms and editing and refining content from other contributors to maintain brand voice and quality standards. • Maximize content reach and effectiveness by harnessing your expertise in AI-driven tools and advanced SEO strategies to enhance discoverability, user engagement, and conversion pathways. • Using data analytics, monitor content performance, identify areas for improvement, and iteratively refine content strategies to achieve key results. Qualifications: Required: • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing. • Direct experience using AI tools for content development and distribution. • Proven experience developing and executing new content programs. • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Exceptional project management and organizational skills. • Strong ability to interpret data to measure content performance. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
