The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for shaping and executing our holistic digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation, elevate brand visibility, and accelerate e-commerce performance. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proactive approach to trend analysis, leveraging these insights to conceptualize, plan, and hands-on execute impactful digital initiatives across owned, earned, and e-commerce channels. The Strategist will also own all paid media efforts

and develop a minimum viable plan (MVP) for an influencer pipeline to prove its concept and potential. Ultimately, this player-coach role is

crucial in both defining and delivering strategies

that attract, engage, and convert our target audiences through innovative and data-driven approaches. Pay Rate / Range: 65,000 - $85,000 Pay Frequency: Biweekly Bonus Eligible: Yes Work Location: Minneapolis HQ & Innovation Lab Travel:

Minimal (10%) The salary for this role will be based on qualifications, experience, market data, and internal equity. Actual pay may vary due to factors such as location, skills, education, and performance. Pay is determined transparently, using market benchmarks and ensuring internal equity. Digital Footprint Ownership & Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution

Responsible for the company's overall digital footprint, managing customer segmentation, campaign performance tracking, and reporting within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. Develops and refines strategic digital campaign plans, manages digital campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Growth & Website Optimization

Develops, executes, and optimizes digital acquisition strategies across channels to maximize reach and conversions. Manages website(s) for optimal user experience, SEO, e-commerce functionality, and lead capture mechanisms. Paid Media & Influencer Strategy

Owns paid media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads and social media. Develops and executes an MVP for an influencer pipeline, including identifying influencers and defining success metrics. SEO & Content Strategy

Oversees SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and backlink building. Develops and manages email marketing campaigns leveraging audience segmentation. Performance Analysis & Channel Engagement

Conducts performance analysis using analytics tools, provides reports on KPIs and ROI, manages social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), and engages with industry professionals to build brand authority. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in strategy or campaign management Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Core Experience & Knowledge

Strategic planning and multichannel marketing management Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) SEO & SEM expertise Content creation and guidance Data interpretation and analytics skills CRM & email marketing tools familiarity Marketing automation understanding Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads/Analytics certifications Experience with A/B testing, CRO Web development basics (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms) Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or specific verticals Benefits
