Executive Business Partner To The CEO

The Executive Business Partner (EBP) to the CEO provides high-level administrative, strategic, and communication support, acting as a trusted right hand to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance, enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact decisions by managing priorities, streamlining communication, and coordinating key leadership initiatives. The EBP ensures the CEO's time and attention are aligned with business goals, while maintaining strong relationships across the company. This position is in office from Monday through Thursday-Friday is remote. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, board obligations, and internal team needs. Prepare daily and weekly briefings, meeting materials, and follow-ups to keep the CEO informed and focused. Handle confidential information with discretion, including communications, schedules, and sensitive documents. Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (board members, investors, senior leaders, key partners). Draft, edit, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and internal memos on behalf of the CEO. Ensure timely and professional responses to requests and communications coming into the CEO's office. Meeting & Project Coordination: Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, and special projects, including agenda development, materials preparation, and action item tracking. Record and monitor follow-up tasks from meetings to ensure progress and accountability across the leadership team. Maintain visibility over company-wide initiatives to help the CEO stay aligned and responsive. Strategic Support: Anticipate needs and challenges, proactively preparing the CEO with context and materials for meetings and decisions. Support board preparation, investor updates, and key executive planning activities. Partner with other senior assistants or department coordinators to ensure smooth flow of information and activities across departments. Ideal Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive; experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a strong plus. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts with discretion and efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting high-quality professional correspondence. Trusted, proactive, and calm under pressure, with excellent judgment and a high level of confidentiality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that includes both corporate and industrial settings. Salary range starts at $110k - 140, depending on experience. Role has bonus potential. Full time
