Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP) Location: Polson, MT 59860 Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 – 07:00) EOW
Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,578.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $1,332.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,246.00 Per Week
Unit:
LDRP – Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum
Unit Census:
Approx. 2 patients daily
Rooms:
3 Patient Age Groups:
Neonates, Infants, Adults
Expected Ratios:
1:1, 1:2, 1:4 Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive obstetric care from antepartum through postpartum
Triage obstetrical patients and perform sterile vaginal exams
Circulate during C-sections
Assist with wireless fetal monitoring and use of JADA device for postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) Cover all areas of OB, including newborn care
Float to other units if needed (e.g., answering phones, IV starts; no patient assignments outside OB) Participate in interdisciplinary care with support services (PT, RT, pharmacy, etc.) Requirements:
License:
Active RN license (MT or Compact) – required at time of submission
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
Certifications:
BLS – Required
NRP – Required
CLC – Preferred
STABLE – Preferred
Charting:
Proficient in Epic
Additional:
Travel experience not required
Must provide 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years
Must be able to float within the facility
Return Providence staff must have a 3-month gap before reapplying
