~140 daily visits (46 beds) Patient Ratio:
1:4 ( all shifts )
Requirements & Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications:
Active RN License:
Maryland (MD) or
Compact License
( required at submission ) Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI
( required ) NRP preferred for neonatal cases
Experience:
Minimum 3 years
of
ER experience
(*4-5 years preferred*) Required Skills:
Trauma care (Level II standards) Pediatric emergencies (resuscitation, abuse recognition) Ventilator/BiPAP management, procedural sedation
EPIC proficiency
( non-negotiable ) Preferred:
Travel experience (3+ years ideal) Teaching/community hospital background

Belmont rapid infuser, LUCAS CPR device, Giraffe warmers
