Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Oversees budgeting and long-term financial planning for the hospital to support the organization's mission and vision through strategic short-term and long-term goals. Represents the organization and its leadership in hospital-related financial affairs, including presenting financial results and addressing complex industry and regulatory issues impacting the hospital and its affiliates. Ensures the professionalism and accuracy of the hospital's business plans. Participates as a key leader in the hospital's strategy and business development initiatives. Contributes to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and plans essential for effective hospital operations and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Education and Experience: Master's degree, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is required. At least seven (7) years of progressive experience in healthcare finance and management, including a minimum of five (5) years in management roles.
