The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $28.09/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Responsibilities

In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, supports and promotes the provision of quality patient care. Actively participates as a team member in the systems, functions and activities of the unit/department. This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS) Current CNA Certification (CT NA) High School education or equivalent Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program. Preferred Requirements: Six (6) months recent hospital experience as CNA Special Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing, clearly, concisely and accurately. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to operate common office equipment including computers. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic procedures. Unless directed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis.
