LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Distribution Company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join the team! This position is full-time in-office Monday through Friday. Pay is $17-$20 per hour depending on prior experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both Spanish and English. - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. - Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. - Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Qualifications: - Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). - 1 year recent experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

$17.00 to $20.00 per hour
