Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Mindlance Duration: 06 months Location: Arlington Heights, IL 60004 (only LOCALS - No Relocation) No Sub-vendors/candidates are allowed. This is an on-site support position at ASC (Arlington Support Center) requiring shift work to provide 24/7 operational support. The current opening is for the midnight shift (23:00 - 07:30), which includes working weekends. Top 4 skill sets required: Experience with "Eyes on Glass" monitoring AWS experience Enterprise monitoring experience, including Application Performance Monitoring; Dynatrace experience is a huge plus! Job Description: 1-2 years of operational support experience is essential. Strong knowledge of ITSM Service Management best practices, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to correlate issues, assess impact, multi-task, and escalate unresolved issues promptly are required. Ability to work with IT Command Center and support teams to resolve high-impact incidents quickly. Reliable and punctual attendance is mandatory. Experience with application performance tools, monitoring enterprise websites and mobile channels, intermediate Systems Administration in Unix/Linux and Windows environments, and a good understanding of virtualization technologies are required. Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices and excellent communication skills are essential.
