The Role:
Executive Assistant to CEO
The City:
San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
The Money:
$140k - 160k Base + Equity
The Company:
Early stage start up
The Ideal Candidate:
Start up utility player. Fires on all cylinders. Creates ownership. Self manages.
The Day-to-Day:
Oversee complex scheduling across time zones with speed and accuracy Manage and triage communications, ensuring the CEO is focused on the highest-priority items Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, events, and follow-ups Support team culture through planning team events, onboarding new hires, and reinforcing operating rhythms Provide occasional personal support, such as managing appointments or tasks with the same professionalism applied to business needs
