SiloSmashers is seeking an Analytical Analyst to support our federal law enforcement client with administrative, programmatic, and analytical support.

Functional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for stakeholders and facilities. Assist in preparation of presentations. Coordinate communications. Conduct extensive data analysis, including development of query techniques, prototype programs, and algorithms. Perform analytical and critical thinking. Develop innovative projects to analyze threat-related information strategically and tactically. Provide reactive data analysis support in response to requests from FBI Headquarters, field offices, and other Government agencies. Perform quality control of processes and products produced. Write clear, concise, and timely products to identify, analyze, and collate threat information. Make accurate observations and judgments. Assist in developing administrative and organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate with behavioral and social science experts for research and analysis. Gather, analyze, evaluate, and prepare recommendations on threat and risk matters. Compare and contrast information from different sources. Prepare, produce, and disseminate scheduled and unscheduled products such as briefings, studies, estimates, and assessments. Promote and coordinate information sharing where applicable. Represent the activity in working groups and committees as a subject matter expert. Define critical intelligence topics and initiate research efforts on analytical projects. Set analytical objectives related to policy and identify necessary resources. Forecast gaps and develop collection plans to address them. Support long-range planning for organizational mission requirements. Assess resource capabilities and identify shortfalls. Assist in developing administrative and organizational policies and procedures. Minimum Experience Requirements: U.S. citizenship and current TS security clearance. Ability to obtain SCI access, including passing a security CI polygraph exam. Bachelor's degree in any field or an Associate's degree with 6 years of progressive program management or analytic experience. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint and Access. Proficiency with data analytic software such as MS Excel, Python, Tableau, MySQL, and SAS. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related data analytic field.
