The General Manager is responsible for the entire restaurant operation, building a strong team that consistently provides great food and a friendly experience. Responsibilities include hiring, developing employees, conducting orientations, training, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing budgets and financial plans. Job Requirements and Essential Functions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- 50-hour work week
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills, strong decision-making skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
