As a Paladin Project Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams within Paladin as well as clients and subcontractors to scope, plan, and build highly complex projects using the latest technology from vendors such as Lenel, Genetec, Axis, Milestone, and Avigilon. You will manage all aspects of major projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results.

You will manage the project team efficiently while representing Paladin professionally, aligning with our values of leadership, people development, and client focus. Experience managing large, multi-million-dollar projects will be advantageous. Stakeholder engagement across complex organizations is also crucial.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery, monitor budgets to control costs, and maintain financial health.
  2. Create and oversee project plans, including client communication, resource requirements, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder expectations.
  3. Provide accurate financial reports to meet performance and profit targets.
  4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and growth opportunities.
  5. Document project details clearly, keeping information updated and accessible to stakeholders.
  6. Control costs and maximize productivity through best practices and standard processes.
  7. Manage all project communications effectively, both written and verbal.
  8. Maintain client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns.
  9. Develop relationships with subcontractors, manage their selection, and build a resource pool.
  10. Proactively assess risks and ensure a safe, healthy work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, security integration, or a related technical field in security systems or system integration environments.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Professional Engineering designation is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Effective communication skills in English (see, hear, speak, write).
  • Manual dexterity for operating equipment and lifting light objects.
  • Sitting, standing, and walking in office and construction environments.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with proper lighting and ventilation; noise levels are low to moderate.
  • On-site presence required for managing expectations and deliverables, ranging from office to construction sites.
  • Driving to client sites required; limited overnight travel may be necessary.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $130,000 DOE
