Forrest Solutions is hiring a hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily hospitality for our client, a prominent, global law firm located in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone with previous Hospitality Lead, Supervisor or Mangement background who enjoys being part of a team and delivering exceptional service in a professional environment.

Hospitality Supervisor

Location: Washington DC 20006

Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm, (must be flexible)

Pay: $34.00–$36.50 per hour/DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee catering/event setup and barista services
  • Work as part of a team, hand in hand with the other staff member and a barista
  • Serve as a point of contact for hospitality/ event service needs
  • Ensure quality standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Ensure a team of two-three other associates are maintaining the high Workplace experience standards

What You Bring:

  • Recent experience as a Lead, Supervisor or Manger in hospitality or corporate services
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience
  • The knowledge and creativity needed to elevate guests’ experiences
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Barista or catering knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with fast-paced environments

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Setting up conference rooms for internal and external guests
  • Setting up the Firm wide weekly breakfast
  • Preparing the rooms and space for the following day’s events
  • Cleaning up the rooms (dishes, silverware, cups), running dishwashers, wiping down counters
  • Ensuring Bathroom Amenities are stocked
  • Unpacking stock from boxes, breaking down and placing in the recycling area.
  • Ordering catering for the following weeks’ events or any last-minute events
  • Leading the team the Hospitality team, a Barista and Hospitality Associate
  • Being the single point of contact for hospitality related events
