Position: AEGIS Mid-Level or Junior Engineer
Combat System Engineering or Ship Integration
Status: Contingent, immediate availability
International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking a qualified individual to provide baseline management support for the AEGIS Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Combat System Engineering team managed by Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS 4.0) in the Washington, DC area.
Required Experience Or Qualifications For Applicants Include

• Experience using engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects in team environments
  

Desired Experience Or Qualifications For Applicants Include

• Experience with risk management processes and procedures
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes
• Experience with USN ship construction, modernization, or alteration
• Active DoD Security Clearance
  

The applicant must have the following minimum experience or qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Math or Science Discipline
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Possess strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work independently or in a team environment
  

The ideal candidate is dynamic and proactive in meeting customer needs and has the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate activities across numerous organizations. The position will be located in Washington, DC and will require travel approximately less than 15% of the Time, including internationally. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
