Qualified candidates must have:

• Understands personal, partnership and non-profit tax returns and the flow-through dynamics of each.
• Experience and working knowledge of estate planning and strategies.
• CPA or equivalent work experience showing ability to master complex subject matter.
• Extensive experience with accounting operations.
• Owner’s mentality approach in all you do.
• Exceptional ethics and Integrity.
